Notice of AGM – Stirling Junior Football Club 2021

At the conclusion of the AGM each Committee Member’s term ends and all positions on the Committee whether a general committee member or those in an role listed below are open for election.
All nominations must be emailed to the Secretary by no later than 3 October 2021.

FAQ’s
What is expect of committee members:
Attend meetings once a month;
Assisting in planning and preparation of club events and the set up of events;
Assisting in club busy bee’s and clean up post events;
An opinion on the way forward for helping our club grow;
Assistance on game days from time to time;

Do you need to have previous experience on a committee? not at all, just a willingness to be apart of and support our club to help it grow.
How long is my term as a Committee member? each term is 12 months – AGM to AGM.
Can the above roles be split between two people? Yes, much like we encourage our coaches, assistant coaches and team managers, more hands make light work.
Do I need to attend every meeting? ideally yes, but as long as do not miss more than 4 consecutive meetings and you provide your apology to the Secretary or President all is good.
