Please note that this process is a formality and requirement under the constitution. A member who wishes to be considered for election to the committee at the annual general meeting must nominate by sending written notice of the nomination to the secretary at least 7 days before the annual general meeting to be held on Sunday 8 October 2022. Once all nominations are received the committee will distribute the Notice of Annual General Meeting on or before 8 October 2022.
